For the sleep-deprived: Try the “Relaxing supplements.” Anti-depression supplements tend to relax the body through either muscle relaxing, anti-inflammatory or  circulatory properties.
Getting too much sleep due to depression: If you find yourself getting too much sleep, the “anti-Fog / alert / energy booster supplements.” They are located below the serotonin boosters.
The serotonin boosters lie somewhere in-between the two above for many.
